This is Odilia Rivera Santos. She's quick, smart, talented, funny, beautiful, and has an amazing heart.

We performed together at an event curated by the brilliant, oh so loveable, Charlie Vazquez. She approached me and asked if I'm also an actor, to which I replied, "No, but Yes!" It's been a long time since I did monologue, which was actually a passion of mine in my youth. How did this woman just know? Because we're cut from the same cloth. She felt it, and boldly encouraged me to step into a new and familiar place, to become more of what I am. She is a gift. I am deeply honored to be able to give life to one of her characters tomorrow night, February 11th, at In & Out of Character, Woman Speak.

In and Out of Character Women Speak, written by Odilia Rivera-Santos, is a series of monologues with epistolary interruptions.
Girlhood and womanhood, martyrdom and freedom, sex and whoredom, and a Facebook argument between Diego and Frida.
